- From the website: You can also collect data pertaining to the user’s IP address, type of device, and browser, login times, and usage logs.
- From communication data: This refers to customer support messages, feedback, emails, and inter email responses and writing.
Cookies and tracking: This refers to session identifiers alongside user preferences analytics.
SMS Consent
Sable Ride may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and other booking details that you voluntarily provide when contacting us or using our services.
We use this information to process and manage reservations, provide customer support, send booking and trip updates, respond to inquiries, and, where you have provided consent, send promotional or special-offer messages.
Personal information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate our services, process reservations, provide transportation, process payments, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Payments are made using Stripe. Full payment credentials are not stored with Sable Ride.
We employ protective counter measures against fraud and may analyze user behavior to flag potentially suspicious activity. For your security and our drivers, we may at times request identity verification.
Sharing Data and Processors
We only share personal information when absolutely necessary:
- To drivers and transport partners to complete ride requests.
- To service providers, for example payment, using support tools under strict contracts to protect your information.
- To law enforcement or regulatory authorities when we are bound by law.

Access Control Lists (ACL) policies with varying degrees of confidentiality are implemented to safeguard your information.
TLS encryption is used during information exchange. Firewalls with both Static and Dynamic Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS) safeguard the entire platform.
TLS encryption is provided for data in motion. Along with audits, proactive measures are taken to safeguard assets and ensure ongoing compliance with SP 800-53 in relation to data and information assets.

As a user of Sable Ride, you are entitled to:

- Request the deletion or modification of data.
