- While registering and booking a ride, we would require your name, email address, phone number, and pickup/drop-off locations.
- Credit/debit card data: will be collected during payment alongside the billing address, which will be processed securely through stripe.
- From the website: You can also collect data pertaining to the user’s IP address, type of device, and browser, login times, and usage logs.
- From communication data: This refers to customer support messages, feedback, emails, and inter email responses and writing.
Cookies and tracking: This refers to session identifiers alongside user preferences analytics.
How We Use Your Data

- Ensure successful transportation logistics and booking.
- Raise applicable accounts reservations, accounts, and support for the provided services.

Payments are made using Stripe. Full payment credentials are not stored with Sable Ride.
We employ protective counter measures against fraud and may analyze user behavior to flag potentially suspicious activity. For your security and our drivers, we may at times request identity verification.
Sharing Data and Processors
We only share personal information when absolutely necessary:
- To drivers and transport partners to complete ride requests.
- To service providers, for example payment, using support tools under strict contracts to protect your information.
- To law enforcement or regulatory authorities when we are bound by law.
We do not rent or sell your personal information.
Data Security
Access Control Lists (ACL) policies with varying degrees of confidentiality are implemented to safeguard your information.
TLS encryption is used during information exchange. Firewalls with both Static and Dynamic Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS) safeguard the entire platform.
TLS encryption is provided for data in motion. Along with audits, proactive measures are taken to safeguard assets and ensure ongoing compliance with SP 800-53 in relation to data and information assets.

As a user of Sable Ride, you are entitled to:

- Request the deletion or modification of data.
- Restrict particular uses of your data (e.g. for advertising purposes).

Sable Ride is committed to safeguarding the online privacy of children. Sable Ride will not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years of age.
If the company learns that the personal information of a child under 16 has been collected, Sable Ride will take steps to delete that information from its records.
