At Sable Ride, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer clear, transparent cancellation and refund policies that balance customer needs with our company guidelines
Standard Cancellation Terms
- Sedans, SUVs, and Executive Vehicles
Cancellations made before 24 hours of your scheduled pickup will be refunded 70% of the booking amount. - Sprinter Vans and Stretch Limousines
For specialty vehicles, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled ride will be refunded 70% of the booking amount.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund.
Late Ride Cancellations & No Show-Up
- If you cancel before 24 hours ( 48 hours for van/stretch limo) of your scheduled ride, you will get a 70% refund otherwise you will be charged 100%.
- If you fail to show up at the pickup location and time without notifying us, the full fare will be charged with no refund.
How to Cancel
If you are looking to cancel the the booked ride:
- Contact our support team at support@sableride.com or call +1 (908) 758-8015.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2 business days to your original method of payment.
Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests beyond our standard policy on a case-by-case basis for:
- Verified medical emergencies
- Severe weather conditions that disrupt travel
- Natural disasters or official travel restrictions
In such cases, documentation may be required, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.
Modification of Booking
You may modify your ride (date, time, pickup address) at no extra charge, provided the change is made more than 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours for specialty vehicles). Short-notice modifications may be treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.
Disputes
If you believe you were wrongly charged a ride cancellation fee or denied a refund, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve disputes instantly and fairly, but our decision is final once a thorough review has been completed.
