Sable Ride features professional chauffeurs for reliable, on demand and pre booked car services. We handle your ride from booking, customer support and car services. You have to acknowledge the following terms and conditions when you book a ride with us.
Booking and Agreement
You will receive a confirmation after you request to book a ride. Ensuring you have a smooth experience from booking to completion of your ride with our expert drivers.
Services we offer
Our top services includes:
- Airport Limo transportation
- Point-to-point transfers
- Hourly Car Service
- Long-distance trips
- Corporate rides
- Special Event transfers
You may choose among our luxury fleets, from executive stretch limousines to SUVs and Sprinter vans.
Payments, Pricing & Fees
- All booking payments are due before starting the ride. We accept credit/debit cards.
- Price quotation might vary depending upon your pickup and dropoff location for the trip and vehicle type.
- Charges apply for additional stops, upgrades, or extended waiting times.
- Facilitate yourself with 70% refund on cancellation 24 hours (48 hours for van/stretch limo) before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full service charges.
- If you have a delayed flight, we adjust your pickup accordingly, however detailed information is required in such cases.
No-Show and Waiting Time Policy
To ensure smooth operations and fair service for all customers, the following policies apply to all bookings with our car service:
1. Waiting Time Policy – Airport Pickups
We actively monitor flight arrival times to adjust pickup times accordingly.
Complimentary waiting time:
International flights: 60 minutes from actual arrival time
Domestic flights: 30 minutes from actual arrival time
If the passenger has not met the driver or requested additional time once the complimentary period ends, waiting charges may apply or the ride may be marked as No-Show.
2. Waiting Time Policy – Non-Airport Pickups
For residential, hotel, office, or general pickups, we allow a 15-minute complimentary waiting period.
After this period, waiting time charges may apply or the ride may be marked as a No-Show if there is no communication from the customer.
3. Driver Communication
The driver will attempt to contact the customer through the provided phone number(s).
Communication attempts may include:
Phone calls
Text messages
All communication attempts are logged for accuracy and customer protection.
4. No-Show Policy
A booking will be marked as No-Show under the following conditions:
The driver arrives at the pickup location on time.
The complimentary waiting time has elapsed.
The driver has attempted to contact the customer through the provided contact numbers.
The customer does not respond or is not present at the pickup location.
Once marked as a No-Show:
The full fare of the trip becomes non-refundable, as the service and driver time were allocated and reserved.
If the customer wishes to rebook, a new reservation and payment will be required.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact information.
Ensuring their phone is reachable at the time of pickup.
Informing customer support immediately if delays occur.
Monitoring messages and notifications sent regarding driver arrival.
Your Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and professional experience, you must:
- Provide accurate booking details.
- Treat drivers with respect; aggressive or abusive behavior is not acceptable.
- Refrain from consuming illegal substances in the vehicle.
- Wear seatbelts and request child safety seats if needed.
- Follow local laws and the chauffeur’s instructions.
Violating these terms may result in cancellation of service and permanent account deactivation.
Luggage and Belongings
- Luggage limits depend on the vehicle class. Exceeding limits may require an upgraded vehicle.
- Drivers may refuse oversized or unsafe items.
- Please double-check your belongings. Sable Ride is not liable for items left behind in vehicles.
Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. We never share it without your permission, unless it’s legally required or needed to complete your booking. For details, see our privacy policy.
SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sable Ride about booking updates and special offers. Consent is not required to make a purchase, and your information will never be shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy
Platform Use and Security
By using our website, you agree to:
- Avoid automated tools, scraping, or bots.
- Not alter, copy, or exploit any content or code.
- Use the site only for legal, intended purposes.
Violations may lead to legal action or immediate suspension of access.
Limitation of Liability
Sable Ride is only liable for damages resulting from our own gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not liable for:
- Traffic delays or mechanical issues during the ride.
- Driver behavior or driving incidents.
- Disruptions or downtime on our booking platform.
Lost or damaged personal property.
Service Changes and Updates
We may update these terms or modify services at any time. Continued use of Sable Ride means you accept any changes. We recommend reviewing our terms regularly.
Disputes and Legal Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
- All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
By using our services, you waive your right to file or participate in class-action lawsuits.

Final Agreement
